Dr. Harrington is a pharmaceutical process design and development expert. He has twenty years of timely process innovation for major pharmaceuticals including:
- naproxen (Naprosyn®/Aleve®)
- ticlopidine (Ticlid®)
- ketorolac (Toradol®)
- orlistat (Xenical®/Alli®)
- nelfinavir mesylate (Viracept®)
- bosentan (Tracleer®), acyclovir
- carvedilol (Coreg®)
- oseltamivir phosphate (Tamiflu®)
His specialization is in route selection, process demonstration on scales from 100 mg to 100 kg, evaluation and redesign of discovery chemistry processes to produce kg quantities for clinical trials, and evaluation and redesign of manufacturing processes to lower the cost of goods.
